By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Please read them carefully. Using the store

We try to describe and display our products, including colors and images, as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including pricing errors) at any time, before or after an order is placed.

Orders and payment

By placing an order you offer to buy a product. We may accept or decline it. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date, so that we can complete your transaction and contact you if needed. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Health and safe use

Our products are designed for myofascial release and mobility work. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have acute pain, an injury or a pre-existing medical condition, or if you are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional before use. Stop using the product and seek advice if you experience pain, numbness or discomfort. Use the product according to the instructions provided, at your own risk.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product designs and the ReLyve name, belongs to ReLyve or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
